Tally James was born on April 10, 1972, in Franklin, NE to James D. and Karla K. (Gartin) Hansen. He grew up in Grand Island and attended Northwest High School. He was currently employed at Bosselman Travel Center.
Tally is survived by his mother, Karla; siblings: Troy Hansen, Carson (Nichole) Lemburg, Whitney Lemburg; and niece, Hayley Lemburg.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Hansen; and brother, Todd Hansen.
