Steven C. Cramer, 67 of Grand Island, died Wednesday, August 07, 2013, at the Nebraska Veterans Home, Grand Island. Graveside services for family and friends will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 10, 2013 at Grand Island City Cemetery, Grand Island, with the Rev. Bill Noer officiating. Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Apfel Funeral Home in Grand Island. Memorials are suggested to the Nebraska Veterans Home. Apfel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
