Natalie A. Horger

March 30, 1996 — December 7, 2023

Natalie Anne Horger, age 27, of Wood River, Nebraska. Died December 7, 2023, at Omaha, Nebraska. Nat passed away due to an embolism in the heart. A memorial service will be 10:00 AM December 21, 2023 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints located at 10124 South 1300 West South Jordan, Utah 84095. A second memorial service will be 6:00 PM December 29, 2023, at 410 Green Street Wood River, Nebraska.


Natalie was born March 30, 1996, in West Jordan, Utah. She grew up in South Jordan. Natalie loved playing piano, singing and nature! She graduated from Bingham High School. She then went on to attend Salt Lake Community College. She worked as a CNA. Natalie suffered from many health issues including EDS and POTS. Which eventually left her wheelchair bound. 


In August of 2022, Natalie moved with her mother, Jenifer Brown, to Wood River, Nebraska. Where she resided on a farm. Natalie loved the farm life! Where she could be found exploring in her all-terrain wheelchair. Beginning in September of 2023, Natalie started going with her mother Jenifer, who is a long-haul truck driver, out on the road. Natalie loved these trips. One trip along the Mississippi River she took over 140 pictures. Which she proceeded to send to friends and family.


Natalie is survived by her father and stepmother, James (Jim) Robert Horger II and Tammy (Ball) Horger of South Jordan, Utah; Her biological mother and step-father, Jenifer Brown and (sparky dad)  Christopher Young of Wood River, Nebraska; siblings, James Horger of Salt Lake City, Utah, Mitchell Horger of Magna, Utah, and Lindsay Horger of Cedar City, Utah; service dog and fur baby, Smalls of Wood River, Nebraska; grandmother, Jeril Ann Brown of Magna, Utah; grandfather, James Robert Horger of Logan, Utah, David and Sue Young of Bertrand, Nebraska. 


Natalie was preceded in death by her grandfather, Michael Douglas Brown of Magna Utah; and grandmother, Sheryl Horger of Logan, Utah.
