Nancy Larie Lorsung Courtney, 51 of Grand Island, died Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at St. Francis Medical Center, Grand Island. Services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 26, 2013 at Apfel Funeral Home with Pastor Terry Brown officiating. Burial will be in Grand Island Cemetery. Visitation hours will be 5-8 p.m. Thurday, July 25, 2013 at Apfel Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the family. Apfel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
