Lucia Lucie Luevano, 59, of Grand Island died Thursday, September 5, 2013, at Golden Living Center at Lakeview. Her body has been cremated, and private family memorial services will be held. Apfel Funeral Home is assisting the family. Lucie was born October 25, 1953, at Harvey, IL to Rufino and Juanita (Salaz) Roman. She is survived by many family members and friends.
