Linda Joyce Eberhardt

Linda J. (Poppert) Eberhardt, 83, of Grand Island, NE went to be with the Lord October 6, 2026 at CHI Health St. Francis Hospital in Grand Island.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:30 AM, Monday, October 12th at the GI Free Church, with Pastor Dan Brenton Officiating. Burial of ashes will follow in the Grand Island City Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the family to be designated at a later date.

Linda served many churches and christian organizations throughout her career. She enjoyed working for the Lord.

She is survived by her husband, Dan; sons: Chris D., Bill, and Brian Eberhardt; one daughter, Melissa Eberhardt; sister, Evielyn (Poppert) Donnelly of Hot Springs, AR; eight grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edwin and Liela (Carr) Poppert, and some of her siblings
