Omaha resident, Leon Lee Brennfoerder, 65, passed away Sunday, September 4, 2011 at the Bergan-Mercy Medical Center in Omaha, NE. Graveside memorial services will be at a 2 PM, Friday, September 16, 2011 at the Nelson Cemetery, in Nelson, NE. Arrangements by the Brand-Wilson Funeral Home, Hastings, Ne. Condolences may be sent to the family from www.brandwilson.com. Leon was born October 6, 1945 to Harley and Anna Brennfoerder in Davenport, NE. He worked construction. He was a member of the Eagles Club in Omaha, NE. He is survived by two sons, Terry and wife Sharon, of Lincoln, NE and Darrell and wife Cindi, of Hastings, NE, many nieces and nephews and lifelong friends, Gayle and Donna Fredrickson, of Sioux City, IA. He was preceded in death by his parents. Memorials may be given to the family.
