Julia Arroyo

Hastings resident, Julia Arroyo, 70, passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at her home surrounded by family.



Services will be Saturday, May 11, 2019 at10am at the Berean Bible Church, Hastings, NE with Pastor Paul Knott and Pastor Elder Barahona officiating. Visitation will be Friday, May 10, 2019 from 5-8pm at the Apfel Funeral Home, Hastings. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family from www.apfelfuneralhome.com.

Mrs. Arroyo was born on January 19, 1949 to Juan Vargas and Albertina Gomez in San Salvador, El Salvador. She married Cesar Israel Arroyo on December 6, 1976 in San Salvador, El Salvador.



She was survived by husband, Cesar Israel Arroyo; four children, Alex (Patricia) Gomez, Zelmy Rodriguez, Cesar Jr (Danielle) Arroyo, and Byron (Jessica) Arroyo; 15 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.



She was preceded in death by mother, Albertina Gomez.
