Judy L Herzog

Judy Herzog, 62, of Grand Island, died February 7, 2026, at CHI St. Francis. Judy wished to be cremated, and inurnment will follow at a later date.

Judy was born on July 6, 1963, in Holdrege, NE, to Norvin and Judith (Kinchloe) Kinnaman. She attended Holdrege Grade School and Minden High School. After school she worked at various restaurants and jobs.

On December 26, 1997, Judy was united in marriage to Don Herzog in Grand Island. After which the couple lived in Grand Island.

She was a member of the Presbyterian Church. Judy was an avid animal lover. She enjoyed all types of arts and crafts including ceramics.

Survivors include her husband Don of Grand Island; daughter Kristal Riesland of Wood River, NE; grandchildren: Ryan and Cheyenne; great granddaughter, Sky; brothers: Troy (Carmen) Harring of CA and Lyle (Lynn) Kinnaman of Holdrege. NE; and stepfather, Kim Harring of Holdrege, NE.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Andrea; father and mother-in-law, Dr. Donald and Ruth Herzog.
