James E. Jim Rose, 73 of Grand Island, formerly of Anchorage, Alaska died Saturday, June 29, 2013 at St. Francis Medical Center in Grand Island, Nebraska. A Private Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Apfel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
