Dorothy V. Nolte

At Our Jackson-Wilson Funeral Home, Kenesaw Location. Former Kenesaw resident Dorothy V. Nolte, 80, of Lincoln, died Friday, April 17, 2009 at the Independence House in Lincoln. Services are 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 22, 2009, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Kenesaw with the Rev. Paul Duffy officiating. Burial will be in Kenesaw Cemetery at Kenesaw. Visitation are Tuesday 21, 2009 from 9a.m. to 9 p.m. at Jackson-Wilson Funeral Home in Kenesaw. A memorial fund has been established for the Lutheran Hour Ministries. Dorothy was born September 21, 1928 to Walter and Ethel Meyer in Deshler, Nebraska. She married Ramon Nolte on November 21, 1948. This union was blessed with three children. Dorothy was a faithful and devoted mother, wife and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ramon, and her son, Harlen Nolte. Surviving are her daughters, Corrine Christiansen and Jan Beal of Lincoln; 6-grandchildren, Justin ( Amber) Nolte, Benjamin (Mary Catherine) Dolphens, Morgan Beal, Rachel Dolphens, Jackson Beal and Emma Beal
