Delores Jean Roberts, 73, of Hastings died on August 20, 2026 at Grand Island, NE. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at Apfel Funeral Home in Hastings with Larry Mohlman officiating. A luncheon will follow at Hastings Evangelical Free Church in Hastings.

She was born on October 15, 1952, to Charles and Pauline(Lahiff) Born in Butte, MT. She worked at Motel 6 in Grand Island as a housekeeper.
She is survived by her significant other: Neil Everson; sons: Alfonso Roberts, of Hastings, John Roberts of Kansas, Zaleto Roberts, of Hastings; daughter: April Born-Owens, of Lexington, NE; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
