Camille M. Williams

Camille "Cammie" M. Simmons (Williams), 70, of Kenesaw died on March 31, 2026, at

Mary Lanning Healthcare in Hastings. There will be no service, as her wishes were to be

cremated. A memorial for her has been established. Online condolences may be sent to

Cammie was born on May 7, 1955 to Robert E. and Virginia M. (Schwartz) Williams of

North Platte, NE. She lived in North Platte until 1963, when they moved to Kenesaw, NE.

She received her education at Kenesaw Public Schools, graduating in 1974.

She was united in marriage to Randy Simmons on March 17, 1982, in Kenesaw, at her

parents home. The couple lived in Kenesaw, where she worked at the Haven Home,

Hastings Regional Center, as a Private Caregiver, and was an Owner of Kenesaw

Market, until she retired due to health reasons. She was a member of Kenesaw

Presbyterian Church. Over the years, she liked to travel yearly to the Black Hills in South

Dakota.

Cammie was preceded in death by her parents; sister-in-law, Vicki Weichman.

She is survived by her husband: Randy, of Kenesaw; son: R.E. (Kylee) Simmons, of

Hastings, and their children Karsyn, Keaten, Kynlee and Kaelyr; daughters: Ginika

Simmons and fiancé David Morgan, of Grand Island, and their children Denver, Dawson,

Riley and Juliann; Randi (Logan) Klein, of Hastings, and their children Kollins and

Ledger; sister: Cassandra Herman; brothers-in-law: Steve Simmons, Robert Simmons;

sisters-in-law: Jeannie (Doug) Powell, Angie (Tom) Uden; numerous nieces, nephews,

great-nieces, and great-nephews.
