Allen L. Starkweather, 39, of York, NE died on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at the York General Hospital. Memorial services will be at 11AM on Monday, February 23, 2026, at Apfel Funeral Home in Grand Island, NE with Derek Apfel, CFC officiating. Burial will follow in the Grand Island City Cemetery. Visitation will be an hour prior to the start of the service.
