Adeline Elizabeth Perez was born sleeping on August 18, 2018, at CHI St. Francis Medical Center in Grand Island. Memorial service will be 10:30 AM Wednesday, August 22, 2018, at Apfel Funeral Home in Grand Island. Pastor Mark Oberbeck will officiate.



Adeline is survived by her parents: Tyler and Chelsea (Streit) Perez of Cairo, NE, sisters: Alexis Perez and Coraline Perez; grandparents: Scott (Crystal) Winfield of Wood River, John Streit (Jim Wilken) of Longmont, CO, Edward Perez of North Platte, NE, great grandparents: Dale (Colleen) Pettit of Cheyenne, WY, Otilio (Felisitas) Perez of North Platte, NE, Paul Winfield of Grand Island, NE; uncles and aunts: Brent (Andrea) Winfield of Aurora, NE, Amanda (Paul) Lopez of Crete, NE, Cody Streit of Fort Rucker, AL, Levi Streit (Megan Woeste) of Kearney, NE, and Eric Winfield of Kearney, NE.



She was preceded in death by great parents: Melvin (Marilyn) Streit, Jane Winfield; and cousin: Grant Winfield.
