| Generally, funeral plans consist of a two-step process:
making the funeral arrangements, including funeral merchandise and the
services of the funeral professional; funding the cost of a pre-arranged
funeral. |

Funeral merchandise
includes: |

Casket, urn or both

An outer burial container- cemetery vault or other
selection

Other merchandise and associated items such as flowers,
acknowledgement cards, and transfer containers

Recording your plan
|
| Our funeral planning professionals can assist with your
selections. You will receive a complete explanation of options and prices.
Once you've made your decision, you tell us exactly what funeral service you
wish. We'll help you to put it in writing. Then there's no doubt about your
expressed wishes. |
