Mary Lou Russell, 74, of Grand Island died Saturday, May 11, 2013 at St. Francis Medical Center, Grand Island. Nebraska Mass of the Christian burial will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at St. Marys Cathedral, Grand Island with the Rev. Richard Piontkowski officiating. Inurnment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation hours will be 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, May 14, 2013 from Apfel Funeral Home with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Memorials are suggested to the family.
