Mary Jane Molt, 67, of Grand Island died on Monday, October 25, 2021, at Grand Island Regional Medical Center surrounded by her family and friends. Memorial service will be held at 10:30 AM Friday, November 12, 2021 at St. Leo's Catholic Church with Father Don Buhrman officiating.



Mary Jane was born on October 10, 1954, at St. Paul, NE to Donald and Joan Ewers. She was raised on the family farm near St. Paul. Attended Peter and Paul Parochial School and St. Paul High School. She graduated and worked at the Grand Island Beauty School. She married to Kenneth Partridge in 1973 and later married Clyde Molt in 1978.



Although living with Meniere’s Disease, Mary Jane was a very talented artist, singer, seamstress, baker, and decorator. She was an avid Catholic and enjoyed training horses, college football and political debates. Her greatest love was her family and friends. Her well wishes always ended with “I love you with all my heart and soul.”



She is survived by her children: Marcia (Jay) Lee of Grand Island, NE, Kenneth “Tony” Partridge of NC, Chris Molt of St. Paul, NE, Dena Enck of Grand Island, NE, Randy Molt of Grand Island, NE Pam (Dave) Niemann of St. Edward, NE, and Renee (Bob) Bass of AZ; siblings: Dan Ewers of Falls City, NE, Susan (Wayne) Knapp of St. Paul, NE, and Gary (Kathy) Ewers of Columbus, NE; 15 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.



She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Carol Johnson and brother Jim Ewers.
