Lloyd Eugene Bear

September 26, 1935 — April 28, 2021

Lloyd E Bear of rural Juniata, Nebraska, passed from this life into the hands of Jesus, in his home April 28, 2021 . He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Jane Bear of 56 years.



He was an Army veteran serving in Korea '57-'59 and a long time member of North Shore Assembly of God Church in Hastings, Nebraska.



He is survived by his brother-in-law and sister-in-law: Dean Alan & Nancy Rick of Ocala, Florida. Children and grandchildren: Eric & Nancy Birdsall of Cleburne, Texas, Eric Michael, Chrisanna and Jason Birdsall, Tommy Eason ; Sumner Davenport (Susan Birdsall) of Los Angeles, California; Stephen & Paula Birdsall of Olathe, Kansas, Jeffrey and Justin Birdsall, Justin Letzig; Steven & Carol (Birdsall) Craig of Hastings, Nebraska, Grant and Adam Craig; Barbara (Birdsall) Bailey of Denver, Colorado, Brenda Woodard; Heidi (Birdsall) Palmer (deceased), Phillip and Matthew Parker; and Wendi Bear of rural Juniata, Nebraska, Heather, Jerica, Jonathan, and Jerad Collins plus many great grandchildren, cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.



Apfel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Sympathies, stories, and comments you would like to share with the family can be left on their website. A Memorial Service for Immediate family with Veterans rites, will be at a later date.
