Jerry D. Morrow, 65, of Grand Island died Monday, Jan. 30, 2017, in Grand Island.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Stephens Episcopal with the Rev. Robert Lewis officiating.

Memorials are suggested to the Salvation Army or St. Stephens Episcopal Church.

He was born Aug. 3, 1951, at Scotia to John T. and Monica (Wray) Morrow. Jerry grew up in Scotia and Grand Island and received his education at Barr Jr. High School and then went on to get his G.E.D.

He was united in marriage to Helen Aguilar on Sept. 23, 1972 at Grand Island. He was employed by the Union Pacific Railroad. Jerry also lived in Corpus Christi, Texas, where he owned his own shrimp boat.

He enjoyed bowling, the outdoors, hunting and fishing.

Survivors include two sons and their children, Kenny and Michon of Lincoln and his two sons, Ethan and Gavin; and John Morrow and his daughter, Ashley Allen; two daughters and their children, Lesa Ciani and husband, Tony of Omaha and their children, Antonio Lopez and Mia Ciani; Ronda Morrow of Greeley, Colo., and her son and daughter-in-law, Timothy and Stephanie Morrow and their children, Michelle and Crystal Zimmerman; three great-grandchildren, Raley, Ava and Isabella; brothers and sisters-in-law, Dan and Peggy Morrow of Ashton, Jim and Cheryl Morrow of St. Libory and Bob and Judy Morrow of Norfolk; and sisters and a brother-in-law, Mary and Tony Kvetensky of Grand Island and JoAnne Reentz of Fremont.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Larry and Jack Morrow; and a sister, Patricia Morrow.
