Edward J. Collier

Hastings resident, Edward J. Collier, 84, died Saturday, October 4, 2008, at his home. Graveside service will be Friday, October 10, 2008 at 10 AM at Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, NE with the Rev. Dr. Judith Allen officiating. There will be no visitation the body was cremated. Condolences may be sent to the family from www.brandwilson.com. Edward was born August 5, 1924 to Lloy B. and Laura J. (Jacobs) Collier in Hastings, NE. He served in the Army during WWII from February 4, 1944 to May 6, 1946. He was self employed as an electrician, carrying on the family business his father passed down to him. He is survived by 5 nieces and nephews and numerous friends.
