Hastings resident, Corline Maxine Bobenko, 88, died Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital, Hastings, NE. Graveside service will be Friday, April 25, 2008, at 11 AM at Sunset Memorial Gardens, with the Rev. Judith Allen officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, April 24, 2008 from 12 noon to 8 PM at the Brand-Wilson Funeral Home and Cremation, Hastings, NE. Condolences may be sent to the family from www.brandwilson.com. Corline was born October 12, 1919 to Oliver Morten Sr. and Mae Edith (Burkholder) Magner in Hastings, NE. During WWII she worked at the Pentagon. She married Michael Bobenko in 1945. She was a homemaker. She had lived in the Hastings area since 1989 coming from New York. She was a member of the Pythian Sisters. She is survived by 2 sons, Michael K. Bobenko of Studio City, CA and John A. Bobenko of Chicago, IL and 1 sister Adeline Knephoff and husband Cecil L of Hastings, NE. She was preceded in death by her husband Michael in 1969, 1 sister Mary, and 1 brother Oliver Jr. Memorials may be given to the Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital Hospice.
