Hastings resident Bennie Timmerman age 79 passed away April 16, 2009 at Perkins Pavilion Good Samaritan Society Hastings-Village, Hastings, NE. Services are 10;30 A.M. Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at Brand-Wilson Funeral Home Chapel in Hastings, with the Rev, Harold Stromer officiating. Burial will be in Blue Valley Cemetery near Ayr. Visitation will be today till 9 PM and one hour before service time at the Brand-Wilson Funeral Home, Hastings, NE. Condolences may be sent to the family from www.brandwilson.com. Bennie was born August 29, 1929 in ONeill, NE. He married Shirley Stuhmer of Hildreth, NE on June 27, 1954. Survivors include his wife Shirley and their three children. Daughter Cindy and Herb Scott, Juniata, NE, son Paul and Sue Timmerman, Hastings, NE; son Brian Timmerman, Custer, S.D. Six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. A memorial will be established.
