Arlene Graf

Arlene Graf, 84, of Grand Island, died August 17, 2017, at CHI St. Francis. Memorial graveside service will be 1:00 PM Friday, August 25, 2017, at Cedarview Cemetery in Doniphan, NE, with Derek Apfel, CFC, officiating. Lunch will follow at Apfel Funeral Home in Grand Island.



Arlene was born December 8, 1932 to Oscar and Hazel (Manners) Waddington in Grand Island, NE. She grew up in the area and after high school attended business college in Grand Island. She worked as a claims representative for the Social Security Administration for 30 years. She married Dwayne Dewey Graf on June 16, 1961, in Ralston, NE. She enjoyed arts and crafts, and recently like the adult coloring books.



Arlene is survived by brothers: Clarence Butch Waddington of Papillion, NE, Keith Waddington of Larned, KS; and many nieces and nephews.



She was preceded in death by parents, husband: Dewey; sisters: Ruby Warner, Bonnie Rust, Clare Levene.
